Exercise torture or treasure?

Do you like exercise? 🚴‍♀️

Do you make time in your schedule to include this?⏱

We all know how important regular exercise is to our body and mind❤️

Some schools, including my daughters, have started offering gym sessions into their curriculum prior to the school day, (although it’s optional, it’s recommended). 🤸‍♀️

So there I was dropping her off at 7:15 AM for her boot camp session. 🏋️‍♂️

Now I am not saying you need to have a boot camp session yourself as it’s proven that any type of exercise, even just 20 minutes a day, can boost your mood immediately, making you feel happier and more energetic‼️

I have to be honest, with getting my son settled into Uni, the last few weeks have been a little hectic, but now that things are back to normal, I made it my business to get my diary out and schedule my fitness into my calendar just like I would do for a client meeting, networking event or any client tasks. That way I make sure I get my regular doses of fitness and it makes me a better person.

I encourage you to do the same, put blocks of downtime into your diary and you will thank me for it!

There is a reason certain employers pay their employees to exercise at work! 😄
