Networking events, there is a lot of discussion about them.

Love them or loathe them?

Do you do a lot face to face networking?

I love networking, I am a people person and I think it’s really important to meet face to face, for making those personal connections and get to know the person's personality a little more.

What is your ideal type of networking? Are you a fan of the more structured type of networking designated tables, formal introduction, and a pitch. Or perhaps prefer speed networking or maybe like the more informal type whereby you can mingle and chat with people for longer? Do you attend pay as you go or are a member of a specific network?
